FURLUMI keeps checkout minimal: order email, shipping address, payment reference. Marketing email is opt-in. You can request full deletion at any time through privacy@furlumi.com.
At checkout we collect: customer name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, the pieces in your bag, your PayPal order reference, and the fulfillment status. We do not store full card numbers — PayPal handles payment data on their side.
Carriers (DHL, USPS) receive your shipping address. PayPal receives your payment information. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
Marketing email is opt-in at checkout. Every marketing message includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Transactional email (order confirmation, shipping notifications, return updates) is sent regardless of marketing consent.
Email privacy@furlumi.com to request a copy of all data we hold about you, or to request deletion. We respond within 30 days. Note that for accounting and tax compliance we retain order records for 7 years; we can anonymize them on request.
We use a single session cookie to keep your bag between page loads. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
