Every FURLUMI piece is covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days. Plating wear, water damage, and accidental loss sit outside the warranty but we offer repair and re-plating at cost.

What sits outside
Normal plating wear after 90 days, water damage, perfume exposure, chain stretching, accidental loss, and damage from third-party repair are not covered. We disclose this because a warranty that overpromises stops being useful after the first claim.
Repair and re-plate
After the 90-day window we offer chain replacement, clasp repair, and 18k gold re-plating at cost: typically $12–$18 per piece including return shipping inside the US, UK, EU, AU, CA, SG.
How to claim
Email warranty@furlumi.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and the date the problem appeared. We reply within 24 hours with next steps. A customer account is not required.
