Carriers and transit
US, CA, AU: DHL Express, 5–8 business days. UK, EU: DHL Express, 6–9 business days. JP, KR, SG, HK: DHL Express, 4–7 business days. Tracking link is sent to your checkout email the day the parcel is scanned.
Dispatch window
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 4 PM Shanghai time ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next available business day. Customs delays outside our control add 1–3 days in rare cases.
Duties and taxes
US orders under $800 enter duty-free under Section 321 (de minimis) — most FURLUMI orders fall under this threshold and pay zero duty at delivery. UK orders over £135 are subject to UK VAT collected on import. EU orders use Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU); we declare true commercial value. Canada orders pay 5% GST or provincial HST (up to 13%) collected by DHL on delivery — typically C$3–7 on a $40 piece. Thailand orders pay 7% VAT plus import duty above the THB 1,500 de minimis, collected by DHL on delivery — typically THB 80–200 on a $40 piece. Mainland China orders pay cross-border e-commerce import VAT collected by DHL on delivery — typically ¥30–50 on a $40 piece. If a duty appears on a US order above $800, we cover up to half on request — email support@furlumi.com with the receipt.
