An order is accepted once PayPal confirms payment and our system verifies inventory and address. We reserve the right to decline orders that fail fraud or address checks; declined orders are refunded in full within 24 hours.

Pricing and currency
All prices are in USD. The bag and checkout totals are exclusive of import duty. We do not adjust prices retroactively for discounts that begin after an order is placed.
Payment
Payment is processed through PayPal Express Checkout. We do not store full card details — PayPal handles the payment authorization on their side. The order is confirmed once PayPal returns a successful capture.
Limitation of liability
FURLUMI's liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., missed gift dates due to carrier delays outside our control).
