Unworn pieces in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fee. Refunds settle within 5 business days of receipt.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. Pieces must be unworn, in original packaging, with the FURLUMI care card still inside.

How to start

Email returns@furlumi.com with your order number and a one-line reason within the 30-day window. We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label for US, UK, EU, AU, CA, SG, CA, SG customers. Other regions ship return at customer cost; we refund the original shipping fee on approved returns.

Refund path

Once we receive and inspect the return (1–2 business days), the refund is issued to the original payment method. PayPal refunds settle in 3–5 business days. There is no restocking fee.

Earrings and worn pieces

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the original tamper seal is unbroken. Pieces that show wear, water damage, perfume residue, or missing packaging will be assessed case by case and may be returned to the buyer at our cost.

Damaged on arrival

If a piece arrives damaged, email a photo to returns@furlumi.com within 7 days. We send a replacement immediately and arrange a no-cost return of the damaged piece.

Chain length exchange

First chain-length swap is free within 30 days of delivery — if a 42 cm necklace runs short or a 17 cm bracelet runs long, we send the alternate length and cover return freight. Standard alternates: 38 cm / 45 cm / 50 cm for necklaces and 16 cm / 18 cm / 19 cm for bracelets. Custom lengths add 5 business days.
