Defective pieces are replaced inside the 90-day workshop warranty. We do not accept returns of unsold inventory — please size first orders conservatively.

DOA reported within 14 days of receipt — brand pays return freight, you elect replacement or credit. Plating defects within 90 days replaced at our cost. Out-of-warranty repair available at $12–18/piece including return shipping.

We share dieline-ready brand kit, hi-res product photography, copy library, and a small Instagram tile pack on request. Co-branded shelf signage available at cost.
